This necklace is all sterling silver with sterling snake chain. We have set a natural shaped gemstone that has been hand cut (by Duane Cook of Albuquerque NM) in the center. Many gemstones are avalible. This necklace includes our own innovative slide bar clasp which allows the necklace to be adjustible but never slide off.
